How can coaching help?

Coaching helps the client to create greater integrity by aligning their choices and actions with their authentic values and strengths.
Coaches ask questions that help the client to find information and inner resources that they might not have been able to access as readily on their own.
Coaches can offer tools and techniques to replace old coping mechanisms that are no longer working.
Coaches help their clients see themselves differently.

Anyone who wants more from life but isn’t sure how to get there or where to start.
Anyone in transition.
Anyone who wants the best for themselves and who wants to be the best they can be for the people in their lives.
Anyone who wants to leave the world a better place than when they got here.

Find the right coach.

Coaching is a relationship.  It is a partnership.  It is important to trust your gut when hiring a coach.  And it is important to ask yourself and your potential coach questions that will help you to determine the following:
• Does this person get you?
• Will this person challenge you?
• Does this person have a body of knowledge and a skill level that will serve you?
• Are you on the same wavelength?
• Is s/he someone you feel you can trust?

Difference between coaching and therapy.

Basically, coaching is focusing on what we want more of so we can have more of what we want and therapy is focusing on what we want less of so we can move on and have more of what we want.  They are both valuable and beneficial and can even be complimentary.  But coaching is more forward focused and strengths based.

Sessions run approximately 1 hour.
I ask my clients to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions because the results are cumulative.
I ask my clients to be responsible for their experience in coaching by being honest and direct in their communication with me.
I work with clients worldwide via phone or Skype.
Unfortunately, the only language I am fluent in is English.


Human Design.

I also do Human Design readings in person, or via phone or Skype.
I offer Human Design either as part of coaching or as a separate modality.
